What is GauNeeti and where are you based?
GauNeeti is a Gujarat-based pure food brand rooted in ethical Gir cow farming, traditional food practices, and complete transparency. We are based in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and deliver across India.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes. Every product goes through strict third-party quality checks before it leaves our facility. We test for adulteration, heavy metals, microbial safety, and nutritional accuracy. Lab reports are available on request.
Do your products contain any artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives?
No. Every GauNeeti product is made without artificial colours, artificial flavours, synthetic preservatives, or chemical additives of any kind. What you see on the label is exactly what is inside.
Where are your products made?
All GauNeeti products are made in Gujarat. Our A2 dairy products come from our own Gir cow farm. Our oils are pressed at our traditional Ghani facility. Everything is produced in small batches to maintain consistent quality.
Are your products suitable for the whole family including children and seniors?
Yes. All GauNeeti products are made without synthetic chemicals, artificial additives, or harmful processing. They are safe for children, seniors, pregnant women, and the entire family for daily consumption.
What does A2 mean and why does it matter?
A2 refers to the A2 beta-casein protein found naturally in the milk of indigenous Indian cow breeds like Gir. Unlike A1 protein found in crossbred HF or Jersey cows, A2 protein is gentler on digestion, easier to absorb, and closer in structure to human breast milk. Most people who experience discomfort with regular milk find A2 milk much easier on their stomach.
How is GauNeeti different from other natural food brands?
We own and operate our own Gir cow farm. We follow a calf-first milking policy. We use traditional processes like Bilona churning and wooden Ghani pressing. Every product is lab tested. We use glass packaging. We do not use contract farms, middlemen, or industrial shortcuts. The combination of all these things is what makes GauNeeti genuinely different.
Do you offer pan-India delivery?
Yes. Most of our products are available for pan-India delivery. Fresh dairy products like A2 Milk, Makhan, and Paneer are currently available only in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar due to their short shelf life. All other products ship across India.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. For fresh dairy products, please inspect upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any concern.
