Refund Policy

At GauNeeti, customer satisfaction is our priority.

 

Refunds:

- Fresh milk products: Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.

- Other products: Within 24 hours.

- Photo/video proof is preferred for verification.

- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Cancellations:

- Orders once confirmed may not be cancellable if already dispatched.
